We can have a good break at Manly seashore for lunch.  Then we will continue along some historic buildings and along the waterfront to the Spit.  The  walk to the Spit is studded with wildflowers at the moment.  It is a wonderful treat to have the sea on your left and the spring flowers on your right.  We walk past more beautiful beaches before hitting The Spit.  For those who are feeling energetic, we will walk along the waterfront, tide permitting to beautiful Balmoral Beach where you can celebrate with a c0ol drink or ice cream.
