From Wattle Ridge car park we head west along the Nattai Rd Fire Trail. Lunch and the turnaround point will be at the junction of the unnamed track that leads down to Emmetts Flat.

Towering above the Wolgan Valley is the impressive Koopartoo Point and on this walk we will access it via a ramp and then a bench that follows the clifflines along to Koopartoo Ravine. Needless to say the views from the top are incredible with Donkey Mountain and many of the local peaks clearly in sight. Rock scrambling and off-track walking. Como Heritage Walk. Learn about Henry Lawson history
Meet at Como Station. Walkers can get there in whatever way suits. The walk follows streets and pops in and out of bushland. Return is from Como Station or for a longer walk- over the old railway bridge to Oatley Station to catch the train from there. Individual walkers can decide on the day.
Option 1; 5 Km approx. Grade 2.
Option 2 ; 8 Km approx. Grade 2.

 RSVP only accepted from two weeks prior up to 7 pm the day before walk. Glenbrook to Emu Plains. It is uphill to Knapsack Park. Morning tea will be at the convict built Lennox Bridge (1833). From there we visit Marges Lookout with views to Penrith Lakes, before taking a rough steep track down to the old highway. We walk up this to cross the Knapsack Viaduct, another stone bridge (1865). More rough tracks before concrete paths take us across the Nepean River twice and on to Emu Plains Station. We should have photos of 10 bridges at the end. Steep and slippery sections.
