Start with a coffee at the famous German bakery, Then walk to Wentworth Falls lake. The circuit around the lake shows you the serene beauty of the lake. Admire the water birds, sculptures and the flora...Maples, tea trees, grevillea ( specific to this area), isopogan, sun Orchid, wild strawberries, tree ferns, and of course Waratahs and rhododendrons flowering in October. There are more species unknown to the leader. Botanists are invited to join the walk to enrich our knowledge. If you are lucky, you will see redbellied snakes.
