Commencing Kitchener Street, St Ives and down to the creek and fire trail via creek, Mueller Track, where the stillness of nature surrounds you, and up to The Wildflower Garden. Continues to Solander Track. Pretty along the creek, with a waterfall (Phantom Falls). Some quite wet tiny tracks. Lots of ups and downs. Those who use hiking sticks, bring them. Take bus 197 from Gordon Station Stand A at 8:40 am, arriving Mona Vale Road, just before Kitchener Street, stop 207548, at 8.55am
