 From Wanganderry Stock yards we follow the Bonnum Pic track. Leaving the fire trail there are a couple of steep gullies to negotiate before joining an old fire trail and then a bush track leading to the escarpment.
From the escarpment we follow the track to Bonnum Pic. Wildflowers are prolific and the views are spectacular.
NOTE: Starting early and travelling at a slower pace. Hazards: Steep rough track, slippery creek crossing, fallen trees, unfenced cliff edges. All but the lst 500 metres is a grade 4 walk. The last 500m to the Pic is steep with deep drop-offs and should only be attempted by persons with good climbing skills. Location: Nattai NP (High Range) Limit:8. T: From: 15 Oct 2025, 7:00AM
