  We will mostly follow the edge of the lake observing bird life and taking a short diversion along a creek as well as stopping on the island then paddling across to Medlyn Avenue. Time for swimming perhaps and visiting Swanhaven Picnic Area. Finish back at the starting point with a picnic lunch or takeaway from the Cuddy Café. Grade: 2/3 Easy paddle. PFD compulsory.
