Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.To celebrate 2022 lunar year, over 20 Lunar lanterns and banners are installed in the city.  Lanterns are ideally viewed in the dark.  However, to avoid the crowd, we will visit them during the day.  These are bigger than life size animal lanterns and are still spectacular to see.  We will also add sculptures and other landmarks.   As we are in the city, there are many exits to tempt us to cut short the walk.  It is a condition to complete the whole walk ( 10 km and 350m elevation) if you were to RSVP to this walk. Although there are many places to eat, in view of the current Covid conditions, it is best to bring morning tea and lunch to sustain us.

Meet at YHA at 10 am, corner of Pitt St and Rawson Place, a few minutes walk from Central Station. There is a cafe inside YHA. Arrive earlier if you wish to have breakfast or coffee before walk.
