  This is a Grade 4 walk (all on tracks), walk from Mount Kuring-gai Station via Apple Tree Bay & Bobbin Head to Mount Colah Station. A long steep descent on a very rough, rocky & eroded bush tracks with unstable edges, slippery surfaces, steps & long climbs. Moderate pace. Carry morning tea, lunch & water for the day.
