This is a very beautiful walk that descends quickly to Cowan Creek, where we see some remains from past residents as we meander around the bays. Then we have a quick rise to follow a ridge to Mt Kuring-gai from where we catch the train home. You can see a flyover of the walk at https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/australia/new-south-wales/berowra-track?mobileMap=false&initFlyover=true&flyoverReturnToTrail Hazards: Track can be muddy and slippery in places and there are many trip hazards.
