This walk will be on pad in places with a good deal of off-track. The descent from Great Groaner to camp at Central Christys is steep and rough. The return journey begins with a steep ascent and then is a case of dodging banksia heath before entering forest terrain. Joint walk with Sydney Bush Walkers (SBW).

|(Changed Transport Details) Starting from the trackhead on Sams Way in Mt Lagoon, we will follow Mailes Ridge down to the Colo River for an overnight camp at the Meroo Campground. Spectacular views of the river and Wollemi NP. The final descent is steep, rocky and uneven, but worth it! Some undulations and rocky sections with a final steep uneven climb down to the campground.

|(Nearly fully booked) Based at Lithgow and Rylstone we shall spend 9 days pagoda hopping and exploring some very interesting and scenic locations. Caravan, cabin, motel or camp. Evans Crown, Gouches Crater, Hassans Walls, Deep Pass, BlackFellows Hands, Blackmans Crown, Dunns Swamps Pagodas and Ferntree Gully Nature Reserve. All of the walks are short possibly 4km or less but you will need to be agile, enjoy exploring. Climbing and scrambling, can be some exposure at heights.

|(Fully Booked) A trip to Slovenia and Croatia from 5 Sept to 7 Oct 2018. Need to be able to do the entire trip and to carry a 10-12 kg pack for 5 days in the Julian Alps in Slovenia, staying in hotels and mountain huts. This hike commences and finishes in Bled and is medium difficulty involving a 11km, 620m ascent; 10.5km, 1100m ascent; 11km, 700m descent; 8.5km, 340m ascent and a 18km, 1200m descent. There are two cycles. The first one is from Ljubljana in Slovenia to Porec in northern Croatia. Cycling for 9 days with daily distances from 35km to 57km. The second cycle is in the islands of Kvarner Bay in the northern Adriatic. It is a cruise and cycle covering 5 islands with cycling distances between 21km and 45km, difficulty grade 2 to grade 4. |This is one of our states classic walks featuring the spectacular and photogenic Monolith Valley which we will reach via the iconic Kalianna Ridge Track. Everywhere you look on this walk you'll be rewarded with unparalled views of some of our finest landforms! Tents not needed as we camp in the aptly named Sunrise cave. Steep track in some parts.

|On this adventurous walk we will explore the Upper Pigeon House Gorge and also do a daywalk to Pigeon House Mointain via rarely used fire trails and tracks. Our base is a very comfortable camp cave overlooking Mt Talaterang with water only metres away so you won't need a tent! Rock scrambling and off-track walking in parts.

|2 days paddling staying at Holiday Haven - Swan Lake Holiday Park on Wednesday (24th) and Thursday (25th) nights. On Thursday, paddle the waterways of Sussex Inlet and nearby section of St Georges Basin. Friday, the waterways around Wandandian Creek and nearby section of St Georges Basin. |Full pack walk to the famed and remote “bushwalkers resort” in the rugged upper Kowmung River. Then two wonderful days to chill out at the best bush campsite in the Blue Mountains with nice side trips. The final day is a walk back up the hill to the cars (sigh!). A "resort" but still a solid full pack walk to get there and back. Mostly off-track walking.

|The Goulburn River is a delight to walk along with its grassy banks, colourful cliff lines and a good campsite at Spring Gully to welcome the weary walker! Also the bird and mammal life is quite diverse with many species worth searching out. This is quite an easy backpack suitable for someone new to overnight camping. A bit of off-track from the river to White Box Camp.

|3-5 Nov, Sat-Mon||Middle Hill and Blackwater Creek|
|Day 1. Drive to Mount Coricudgy. With water for the day, walk to Middle Hill and set camp at around GR 541 694. Explore the nearby area that shows a couple of interesting slots. About 10km. Day 2. Find a way down into the creek to the north, explore a possible volcanic ‘neck’ on the way, then descend into Blackwater Creek. Take water, climb a ridge to the west and walk back to the camp. About 10km. Day 3. Find a way down into the creek to the south and follow it to Blackwater Creek, exploring a number slots along the way. Walk up Blackwater Creek and find an exit at around GR 545 658. Walk the ridge and then the trail back to the cars. About 12km. Exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.

It’s the 21st anniversary trip to the western slopes of the Snowy Mts and northern Kosciuszko NP. Camp or cabin at caravan park. Day walks and exploring the region while learning about Snowy Hydro Scheme, Hume and Hovell and the impact of wild horses. Own transport or find a buddy. Will be some dirt road driving to walks. |7-21 Nov, Wed-Wed||Edwards River Kayak Camping|
|(Nearly fully booked) Paddling the full length (200km) of the Edwards River. The Edwards is an annabranch of the Murray starting at Picnic Point and rejoining the Murray 60km downstream of Swan Hill. Camping out of the kayaks/canoes. The pace is easy but paddlers need to be able to pack and camp out of their kayaks for up to 5 days and there will be number of weirs to portage and snags in the river. PFDs compulsory.
