Camp | An activity that involves an overnight stay, usually in a tent.Swim | A trip that involves swimmingWalk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.(Date Changed) A lovely pack walk on the Thorsbourne Trail on Hinchinbrook Island in Queensland. This is one of Queensland’s Great Walks and is a wonderful mixture of rainforest and beaches. Some great campsites; some nice swimming holes; mostly short days; with at least one 2-night stop, all make this a really terrific walk. There is great demand for the limited walk permits at this time of the year so we need to book close to the possible one-year in advance. Seven days (6 nights) of actual walking. A day of snorkeling on the reef prior to the walk is also planned.
Location: Hinchinbrook Limit: 8. View

Camp | An activity that involves an overnight stay, usually in a tent.Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(NEW!!!) Quite simply this is my favourite campsite in the entire Gardens of Stone NP as it is situated in an area of extreme beauty as well as having the advantage of a spectacular and pristine canyon nearby which gives us pure water and seemingly endless pagodas to explore, photograph and enjoy. The sunrises and sunsets from here have to be seen to be believed with wonderful views of Pantoneys Crown, Baal Bone ridge and far beyond. This will be a weekend to submerge yourself in the realm of the senses, relax with friends and emerge refreshed and energized! Rock scrambling.

Camp | An activity that involves an overnight stay, usually in a tent.Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(Fully Booked - Ask leader about waiting list) On this trip we will experience the best that the Bibbulmun Track has to offer in Western Australia. From the small township of Walpole, we will travel along a series of good tracks through the towering Tingle forests, colourful heathlands, beautiful beaches, granite peaks and through the towns of Peaceful Bay and Denmark where new supplies can be purchased, allowing for lighter packs. The tracks are well marked and make for easy walking. Halfway through the walk we will have a rest day in Denmark. At each campsite there is a hut which can be used as well as water supply, toilets and tables so this is hardly roughing it! The wildflowers at this time of the year are outstanding and you can expect to also see a fair amount of wildlife including seals, quokkas, wallabies and numerous birds to name a few. In short, this is a fabulous walk and one not to be missed. Limit: 17. View

Camp | An activity that involves an overnight stay, usually in a tent.Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longMore magic in December with my 10th annual Koscie walk. This year a really great walk, perhaps my favourite, south from Thredbo to the Benambra Road. Some fantastic highlights, The Pilot, Tin Mines, Cowombat Flat, the actual start of the Murray River, and Cobberas Number 1. A lovely walk to do with the usual great scenery and the usual great Koscie bushland and flowers.
