 Exploratory walk. From Mermaids Pool carpark short cut to Tahmoor Gorge and down Sally's Pass. At the bottom of gorge will attempt to reach Nepean River. Return will probably be via Tahmoor Gorge. Hazards: Steep descent. Unexplored off track with probable very uneven surface and scrambling. Location: Mermaids Pool and Tahmoor Gorge Map: PICTON 9029-4-S and BARGO 9029-3-N Limit:8.
