  Save Kosci walk: day 29. The 22 km route returns to walking beside the main road, but the wide verges allow some discretion e.g. walking over the tops of cuttings rather than through them. As we leave Cooma, the sight of the Snowy Mountains, possibly with a few patches of snow still visible, is a reminder that this epic walk does have an end. Start: Cooma Snowy Mountains Tourist Park ready to start walking at 8am.
End: junction of Kosciuszko Rd and Rocky Plains Rd at approx. 4pm
Accommodation: Same as last night.
Transport at day’s end: Arranged for full-distance walkers & Ian T; new participants please make own arrangements.
