Paddle | A canoe or kayak tripCamp | An activity that involves an overnight stay, usually in a tent.Day paddles on lakes and rivers in the Forster area. Led by local paddler John Thorn; organised by Helen Moody. Joint activity with Illawarra Ramblers. Based at camp site. Day paddles 21/9 to 27/9, plus rest day. Travel days 20/9 & 28/9. These paddling events are very popular and book out quickly. Expressions of interest to Helen by email. M​ake own accommodation arrangements. Campsite will require a non-refundable deposit of one night’s accommodation. Hazards: Experienced paddlers with sit in kayaks only. Spray skirts compulsory on open water at leader’s discretion. PFDs compulsory. Limit:25.
