Old coach road to Grand Canyon from Medlow Bath.
Catch the 7:23am train from Central to Medlow Bath ETA 9:29am. Meet leader on station. Will look to catch bus back to Blackheath or Katoomba station. Walking back to Blackheath adds another 4km to walk.
