 If you think of Manly only as a beach, come along and change your mind. This walk climbs three hills around Manly, mainly on paths and pavements. Starting from the ferry wharf it first leads to Fairlight Beach then crosses the ridge and heads to Manly Lagoon. From the Lagoon it goes up the hill towards Freshwater, before turning back down to the Queenscliff rock pool. A long flat stretch along Queenscliff, Manly and Steyne beaches leads to the Fairy Bower rock pool. From there it climbs over the ridge to the old St Patricks College, and then to Little Manly beach before returning down to Manly Wharf.
