Take the 7:36 train from Central platform 23 to Macarthur via airport, change at Wolli Creek platform 4 and take the 7:55 train to Cronulla via Banksia, change at Sutherland platform 2 and take the 8:27 train to Waterfall, arriving at Heathcote at 8:37 am.
