Once we find our beautiful tranquil spot, you will enjoy a guided meditation to help connect with nature and deeper within ourselves. The meditation is suitable for people who have never meditated and no prior experience is required - people who meditate regulary will also gain benefit from the experience. There will also be an opportunity to have a cleansing swim after your experience, and we will try a simple walking meditation technique which you can apply to other areas of your life.
You will need reasonable fitness and agility to enjoy the morning, but mostly suitable to anyone. There are lovely pools to take a dip, excellent photo opportunities and a generally enjoyable place to delight in Illawarra's nature!
