 Anyone interested in the future of nature in the Central West would be welcome to attend. There will be speakers from National Parks Association, Nature Conservation Council, the Environment Defenders’ Office and local experts, as well as discussion and workshops on two main themes: recent changes to land clearing legislation affecting biodiversity (morning) and Mount Canobolas State Conservation Area: a case study in conservation (with reference to the draft plan of management - and a possible new major bike track development - due to be on exhibition soon).
