  This is a very beautiful walk that descends quickly to Cowan Creek, where we see some remains from past residents as we meander around the bays. Then we have a quick rise to follow a ridge to Mt Ku-ring-gai from where we catch the train home. Book, giving your NPA, mobile and emergency contact numbers, unless I already have them. The track can be muddy and slippery in places and there are many trip hazards.
