Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.(NEW!!!) Meet at Glenbrook station. Roads and tracks to Glenbrook Lagoon. Walk around the lagoon. Up to Mt Sion park. Roads and tracks to Lennox Bridge. Track to Marge's lookout, then to Elizabeth lookout. Steep down to knapsack viaduct. Optional up Heartbreak Hill to Top Points lookout (view of Penrith Lakes etc). Then back down to the viaduct. Tracks under M4 to Leonay Oval. Road to Nepean River. Cross M4 bridge. Walk along Tench Reserve northwards. Several cafes and toilets. Walk either to Emu Plains or Penrith stations, as you please. Rough, steep, muddy, roads without footpaths

Meeting at the Spit Bridge for an iconic walk around parts of Middle and Sydney Harbours and ending in Manly, birthplace of Australian surfing. Many rough steps and uneven surfaces and the track can have large puddles after rain. Some beach and street walking too.
