Car shuttle to start of the walk at Mt Hay Road, walk along Fortress Ridge Track to Fortress Rock Lookout, to Dr Dark's Cave, walk off track across back to Fortress Ridge Track and across to Lockley Pylon Track (part of this is off-track crossing a creek), along Lockley Pylon Track to Lockley Pylon passing Mt Stead and then back to Mt Hay Road and car shuttle to Laura Station.
