Follow marked track to see if it gets to Glenbrook Creek. If not we will look to follow a nearby spur down. If successful follow Glenbrook Creek downsteam to junction with Sassafras Creek. Possible swim here if time allows. Then take Wiggins Track to Springwood. Could be walking for 8 hours. Bring extra food and water.

Ocean and golf course views, option of swimming at Collaroy Rock Baths, option of extending to Narrabeen via Narrabeen Lagoon. Mostly well-formed paths. Sand walking, hopefully mostly hard sand, some uneven surfaces which may be slippery, hopefully not wet feet but possible. Ups and downs, one very steep incline near the start of the walk, steps. Moderate pace. Limit: 12. View

The track will be slippery in parts.
