 (Nearly fully booked) A circular walk from Buxton out along the Buxton Plateau to Sharp Peak & then off-track down to the Little River Blue Gum Ck junction, then return via Blue Gum Ck trail and Blue Gum Lookout. The forest is as good as the Blue Mtns Blue Gum Forest without the huge climb out of the valley. Leaving the fire trail there are a couple of steep gullies to negotiate before joining an old fire trail and then a bush track leading to the escarpment.
