Walk down Govetts Leap, Junction Rock, Blue Gum Forest, Lockleys Pylon return to Blue Gum, Perry's Lookdown, Pulpit Rock back to Cars at Govetts Leap. A good paced walk for fit walkers mostly on track except for a few creek crossings, rock hopping, with some slippery surfaces, two major ascent & descents, beautiful Blue Mountains scenery, bring minimum 3.5 litres of water, food, waterproof jacket & basic first aid kit.
Early start 7.30am Govetts Leap Lookout at end of Govetts Leap Road Blackheath. Could be late finish depending on groups pace approx 5 to 6pm bring head torch just in case. Map: Katoomba & Mt Wilson

Winburndale fire trail - Eskdale Gap - Winburndale Rivulet - Winburndale fire trail - Return. A very different landscape from the sandstone country of the Blue Mountains. This area has huge conglomerate outcrops like other parts of this plateau but the scenery along Winburndale Rivulet is unlike the rest of the Reserve. Off-track walking, fire trail, steep descent and ascent, creek crossings. Limit: 12.
