Find out why Ben Bullen State Forest must be protected for future generations. Park the vehicles at GR 263 090. Walk SW and explore Neubecks Spur and then Hermit Spur. This walk has both the spectacular pagoda landscapes and fascinating historical elements in it. If open cut mining is allowed in other parts of the Forest (eg the Coalpac project), it is only a matter of time before this area too will be destroyed. See it whilst you can.
