Commencing at the Glow Worm Glen car park the path winds through forest with a couple of little creek crossings. Continue on the track to the left of the Glow Worm Glen steps which winds along to Buchanans Lookout. Optional opportunity to continue to Ellsmores Lookout. Enjoy the beautiful view while having lunch and return by the same route. Note: These lookouts are named Wanganderry & Wallis lookouts on some maps. Rough track, slippery rocks, unfenced cliff edges. (Updated Details) We will follow the Wilsons Creek to the Pt Hacking River. Once we get to the Hacking River we will have lunch after which we ascend through the bush, approx 200m, to the Hacking fire trail. 4.5 years ago it was a scrubby track and easily discernable but its current status is unknown. This track will take us back to Helensburgh station and our cars. This will be new and interesting walk. Depending on creek water level there will be lots of rock hopping, feet will get wet along the way, person sucking leeches. Boulders, slippery conditions Location: Royal NP Map: Helensburgh Limit: 8.

(Leader Changed) Starting from the Kells Creek car park we head down Kells Creek on a hard to follow track. We then head up to the fire trail and pick up the walking track down to 40' falls for lunch. If time permits, we might tack on an optional 400 m return trip to jnct of Nattai River. Anyone not wishing to do the extension can enjoy a longer break at the waterfall.

Our last Tuesday walk for the year and a chance for a swim or relax at a couple of beautiful water holes.
From the junction of Redhills Rd & Gunrock Falls FT, we will head through a forest to Gunrock Falls for an optional swim and relax. We will then head to Bundanoon Ck for lunch and optional swim before heading back to Redhills Rd via Gunrock FT.
There will be a short car shuffle at the beginning of the walk so we don’t have to walk the 2.5 km along the rd at the end of the walk. Slippery rocks, unfenced cliff edges, a little scrambling. Location: Meryla SF Limit: 20.

Bundanoon Creek offers some spectacular cliff faces and swimming opportunities. From Tallowa Dam Picnic area we head NE up Lake Yarrunga (Kangaroo River) for 2.5km then head north into Bundanoon Creek for 4.5km to the head waters. On the return, we will take a short 2km detour up Sandy Creek before heading back to the start. Deep water. Few exit points. Exposed in high winds.

Day 1: We will head up the Shoalhaven River 7 km to campsite 1 for lunch. Those opting to reach Fossickers Flat on the same day will continue onto Fossickers and return. The remaining day paddlers will then make their way back while the campers will set up camp.
Day 2: Make our way up to Fossickers Flat for lunch then return to camp.
Day 3: Break camp and make our way back to Tallowa Dam.

• Variable distance options. Deep water. Few exit points. Exposed in high winds.

For the full (23km) trip we will launch from Audley. Those wanting a shorter (17km) paddle will launch from Swallow Rock Reserve, Grays Point. We will make our way down Hacking River and up SW Arms Ck and into the RNP to the head of waters where we will stop for lunch. After lunch we will take a short walk to Winifred Falls for a possible swim before heading back.

9:00 for a 9:30 launch at Wants Beach, (near Reids Flat Picnic Area), Riverside Drv , Audley.

9:15 for 9:45 launch at Swallow Rock Reserve, Grays Point Tidal. Deep water. Possible wake from motorboats.
