Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longCafe | A trip that involves a relaxed stop at a cafe.Public Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Social | A trip where people will be encouraged to interact and chat with each other.Ask about lunch only options. Walking from Glenbrook Station to O'Donoghues Hotel at Emu Plains. Lunch is booked for 12:30pm. From Glenbrook Station we walk over the highway to Moore St and make our way past The RAAF Base and down Knapsack St. Walk through some old railway cuttings to the lookout above Knapsack Viaduct. We go under the Viaduct and then under the Freeway to Leonay Oval and on to the Nepean River Path. Hazards: Walk is mostly on paths, but there are steep and rough sections. Walk is not shaded and the Penrith area gets hot in summer.
