Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longFully Vaccinated | All participants must be able to show proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to particpate.Photography | A trip that has a strong focus on encouraging people to capture photographs.Public Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Social | A trip where people will be encouraged to interact and chat with each other.Mostly on track & under the rain forest canopy with excellent lookouts and 2 solid climbs. We will visit the imposing Lawrence Hargrave monument, view the remnants of a coal mine and see the sculptures acknowledging the local Aboriginal, Wodi Wodi people, account of the 5 islands formation. Potential side trip to Robertsons lookout (adds 2km), and late lunch in the Botanical Gardens, time dependant. Two early climbs 210m and 180m.  This is one of Jims series of walks. Hazards: 2 off-track sections including a long off-track scramble up a dry gully, unfenced lookouts, slippery in parts if wet.
