Leave one car at Hanlons Road North and drive another one to GR 716 925 on Mountain Lagoon Road. From the second car, take Potos Ridge NW towards Tootie Creek. Visit Potos Cave 1 on the way down, followed by Potos Wall to the west of the descent ridge. Climb out of Potos Creek to visit Potos Cave 2. Next, cross the creek westwards and use East Ridge to descend into the Tootie Creek and Back Creek junction. Walk upstream on Back Creek, all the way to Hanlons Road North. About 6 km. Partly exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.
