Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(NEW!!!) Two separate walks to two peaks in different areas of the beautiful Guula Ngurra NP, with a minor car shuffle. The Mt Penang loop walk follows a pleasant, well-formed track up to the summit of Mt Penang with its panoramic views. The track winds steadily uphill with a short, steep climb at the end. The Baldy Billy Peak walking track is an out-and-back walk to another summit with spectacular views down into the Wollondilly R valley below. After an initial short but very steep descent we cross a pretty, wide valley floor and then start the slow, steady climb to the summit of Baldy Billy Peak and then return along the same route. Hazards: Steep climbs & descents, uneven surfaces, indistinct track in places, unfenced cliff edges, slippery in places (walking poles recommended).
