This walk starts at Rawson Park, Mosman. It descends to Chowder Bay to check if any fur seals are resting at the Navy wharves. Paths and tracks lead past fortifications to Middle Head. It descends to Balmoral Beach via the steel steps then returns uphill to Middle Head Rd along the old Tram way route.
