Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPhotography | A trip that has a strong focus on encouraging people to capture photographs.Public Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.(NEW!!!) We are walking from Meadowbank Railway Station via the streets and parks around Meadowbank before crossing the Parramatta River. The walk then follows the foreshore of the Parramatta River and Homebush Bay where we can see in the distance some of the shipwrecks. The walking track will lead us to Sydney Olympic Park where we will climb various viewing towers, sight the remains of shipwrecks and view the water bird refuge. The walk to the top of the Big Marker will provide a good view of Sydney Olympic Park. The site of the former brickworks will be visited as we walk to the railway station. Hazards: Tracks could be impacted by recent rain.
