Promenade, beach, bush, rocks and steps, plus a visit to a tunnel. Its undulating but the scenery is wonderful. No need to book - just turn up and meet the leader just outside Manly Wharf by 10:00am. Hazards: It is exposed with a number of staircases of varying lengths, some beach walking and possible crossing of streams from lagoon outlets.
