   This moderately challenging walk is a wonderful day trip outing. We start off with a scenic connecting bus ride to Palm Beach wharf. We then hop on an interesting ferry ride to Mackerel Beach. The walk takes us through forest & and down three immaculately secluded beaches, Red Hand Cave & and West Head Lookout & and gives way to magnificent views of Pittwater, Palm Beach & and Barrenjoey headland. Bus 7:25 am at Wynyard Station, Carrington St, Stand B for B1 to Mona Vale. Change at Mona Vale to B line 199 & arrives at Palm Beach Wharf at 8:43 am for ferry at 9 am.
