  Early train. From the station walking to Evans Lookout via Braeside Trail. From Evans Lookout follow the Grand Canyon to exit up Neates Glen. Return to Blackheath or maybe catch bus to Katoomba. Hazards: Wet rocks and stairs. Short tunnel has uneven floor. Sometimes you will need to duck your head and crouch where the path goes underneath rock overhangs.
