Meet at Glenbrook station, walk down to Glenbrook Beach, walk along Glenbrook Creek, and then along Kanuka Brook, climb up to Red Hand Track to Red Hand Cave, continue along Red Hand Cave track to Glenbrook Creek, cross Glenbrook Creek and walk to Blue Pool, climb up to Douglas Smith Park and back to Glenbrook Station.
