Sharon firstly welcome to the National Parks Association.

For this and any other walk with the NPA you would contact the leader and provide them:

      1. your membership number,
      2. your phone number,
      3. an emergency contact number and name.

Only fully vaccinated people are welcome on walks I and many others lead so you need to be willing and able to present your certificate.

I presume you are fit enough to be able to walk the distance?

      Sue

Yes ive done a lot of walking in the past – but pre-covid – just getting back into walking again but could certainly make 10kms on good level paths.
