We set off in dense eucalyptus forest & then low coastal scrubs, with birds darting in & out. During seasonal migration whales & dolphins are often sighted. Kurnell is an interesting place to explore with Captain Cook’s landing site & evidences of early aboriginal life. Hazards: Slippery rocks & surfaces

Redfern train for Cronulla on Platform 12 at 8.25am.Then Cronulla bus 987 opposite station. Arrives at Kamay NP. Please you must sit in train front No.2 carriage. Only have 4 minutes to run for bus.
