Prince Henry Cliff Walk Via Echo Point to Leura Station.
Catch 7:23am train from Central (country platform) to Katoomba - ETA 9:22am. Then meet at the Carrington Hotel bus stop (Katoomba St) for 9:30am Bus 686 to Scenic World.
