Bus 172X at 7.50 am at Wynyard station, Carrington st,Stand A. Arriving at Spit Rd at Awaba St 8.02 am.Walk 15 min to Balmoral beach. Please wait on promenade of corner Awaba St & The Esplanade at 8.20 am
