| 7:30am Walk & Weed along the Narrabeen Lagoon catchment transverse walk. Start at Oxford Falls, walk for 3 1/2 hours, weed for 30 min, continue 30 min walk and carpool back to start. Bring gloves and long-handled screwdriver if available. Walk grade: medium. Bookings essential.

  Along the edge of Brisbane Water on the wide foreshore from Woy Woy Station. Climb the 1km up Blackwall Mountain (if it’s not too hot) with a gradient of 12 % at times along a little trafficked road and then a bush track. Walk or bus back to the station.
