Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longCafe | A trip that involves a relaxed stop at a cafe.From Termeil we will drive on the Old Highway and Middle Ridge forest roads to park in a forest clearing. The walk is along remote forest roads and a short but steep bush track to commune with “Big Spotty” (another magnificent old Spotted gum recently threatened by proposed logging in the surrounding state forest). Return to the cars via the same route. Coffee afterwards at Termeil – BYO or available at roadhouse.

We can take a look at the rocks and debris here, then continue to Wairo Beach along lovely bush tracks. We will return to the cars via an alternative route. Coffee afterwards at Dolphin Point. View

Mostly flat and gentle incline walk through weather-beaten and fire recovering forest to Buckleys Headland. Continue on to Conjola Beach Lookout and return to cars via the beach, or the same track. This is a great walk for anyone who isn’t into too many hills with a rewarding unencumbered view south to Narrawallee and north to Cunjurong Point. Coffee in Milton. View

The circuit around the lake shows you the serene beauty of the lake. Admire the water birds, sculptures and the flora...Maples, tea trees, grevillea ( specific to this area), isopogan, sun Orchid, wild strawberries, tree ferns, and of course Waratahs and rhododendrons flowering in October. There are more species unknown to the leader. Botanists  are invited to join the walk to enrich our knowledge. If you are lucky, you will see redbellied snakes. On return to the station, you can treat yourself with the famous pastries at the German bakery. View
