(Nearly fully booked) The "Man Made" walk showing the highest train viaduct in Australia and an old, abandoned train tunnel 1.6km long. Starts at Stanwell Park Beach reserve. This walk is comprised of two parts: Part 1: Walk from Stanwell Park Beach car park at the reserve heading south and go to Stanwell Creek. Follow the creek to the railway viaduct (90 mins return). This is the highest viaduct in Australia and allows the trains to pass over Stanwell Creek. Part 2: Walk from the reserve car park to the old, abandoned Otford railway tunnel. Need a torch and/or headlamp. Tunnel approx 1.6km long, dark and cool. Walk through the tunnel, go up to Lady Wakehurst Drive, follow trail 2 km to Bald Hill, have a coffee and admire the views. Then take new sandstone steps back to the reserve and car park. No bush bashing required with these new steps. Location: Stanwell Park Limit: 12.
