   (Fully Booked - Ask leader about waiting list) Leader will be Jeff Carey. Today we explore Harold Reid and North Arm Walking Track Castle Crag. This circuit takes walkers through the waterfront bushland of Middle Harbour. Expect fantastic views, diverse plant communities, wildflowers, and lots of birds.

| Park one car at GR 735 932 and another one at GR 748 936 on Mountain Lagoon Road. From the first car, walk north along a spur, then down into Psychedelic Ravine. Follow it downstream, making detours to see some interesting sites, including Chain of Ponds on one of the tributaries. Exit at GR 745 955, climb the ridge and walk back to the road on the old timber trail. Partly exploratory. About 8 km. Scrambling and exposure. Location: Wollemi NP Map: Mountain Lagoon 90313S View |
