Starting from Buxton Ave on the edge of Nattai NP, we follow a short distance on fire trails to pick up a track that leads us down to the Blue Forest in Thirlmere Lakes NP. Generally downhill with a total descent of 200m. Car shuffle required. Uneven and possibly slippery track in places. Mostly downhill. (Fully Booked) Ahearn's lookout is found by following the beginning of Starlight's Track.  Take a left fork leading to Rocky Waterholes Lookout and just past this junction look for a right turn which meanders along the ridge to Ahearn's lookout.  This gives views over the Nattai with Mt Jellore easily identified.  Return by the same route. Rough track, fallen trees and unfenced cliffs. Location: Nattai NP (Hilltop) Limit: 20. View

(Date Changed) The walk begins at Manning Lookout near Fitzroy Falls.  Here there are great views over Kangaroo Valley.  The walk then follows the escarpment past several view points and along a fence line across a couple of small creeks to Crystal Pool.  The water leaves the pool to fall over the escarpment into the valley below.  Return by the same route. Fitzroy Falls West Rim and East Rim Tracks provide spectacular views of the main falls, Twin Falls, the Grotto and the valley between the two tracks.  The vegetation is very different on each of the tracks. (Leader Changed) This walk is along the first part of the Bonnum Pic track.  Leaving the fire trail there are a couple of steep gullies to negotiate before joining an old fire trail and then a bush track leading to the escarpment.  Wildflowers are prolific and the view is spectacular.
