Walk to the end of the eastern breakwater then back to Red Point via MM beach and Fishermans beach. A steep climb to the top of Hill 60 and down to Port Kembla pool. Coffee and cake at Rach's and back to the car park. Limit: 16.

Calling for expressions of interest in a week long Wet Tropics World Heritage Area exploration. Specially designed itinerary by Trade Travel to include flights to and from Cairns, visits to local rainforest, talks by local experts on rainforest and reef, visit to art deco town Innisfail, guided excursions from Mission Beach into national parks and islands with historical/scientific talks and easy walks. Options to visit the reef and extend your stay. Â Initiated by NPA Book Club from discussion of Iain McCalman's biography of conservationist pioneer John Busst.
Dates and costs tbc. Up to $4,000 per person twin share.
