  February 2nd is World Wetlands Day and this year we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Ramsar Convention. This morning we will visit several sites around Botany Bay to acknowledge the importance of wetlands and to highlight its role in protecting waders. Cameras, telescopes, etc are a good idea.
