  Walk will start at end North Bendalong and take the forest trail via Nerrindillah Lagoon, past Hood Monument and along unsealed Cedar Road to Conjola National Park power transmission lines. Follow path junction across heathland to emerge on the shore above the Mermaids Pool, a natural sea pool. Time for a relax and swim at the pool before returning along the beach back to the car park.
