The Boxvale Track is at Welby just outside Mittagong. The circuit walk involves some fire trails and indistinct bush tracks. The lookout at the end of the track gives views of the Blue Mountains. The return is along an old tramway track and through an 80m tunnel used to bring the coal into the railhead from the Nattai mine. Hazards: Rough tracks, creek crossing and some steps. Limit:12.
