Starting at Meryla Pass we descend down Griffiths fire trail to the Lake Yarrunga turn off. This is an unused fire trail, rough and with many fallen trees. We follow this until it disappears into the lake at an ideal lunch place. Return by the same route. Hazards: Fallen trees, steep rough track. Limit:12.
